Thermostat assembly directly replaces original number 19301-RAF-003, also a universal ZB41B-78-M01, considered an OEM-equivalent. Core function is to control coolant circulation to keep water temperature within normal range, preventing overheating or overcooling. Fits Honda Accord 2003–2007 2.4L and CR-V 2.4L. After installation, it resolves fluctuating water temperature gauge, inadequate warm air, or slow engine warm-up.
