For Southeast DX7 and DX3 1.5T 4A9T engines, HOP crankshaft position sensor (OEM MW252779) directly replaces the factory part. It monitors crankshaft position and speed, sending signals to the ECU to control ignition and fuel injection timing. After installation, it resolves starting difficulties, idle instability, weak acceleration, or stalling. If the car occasionally fails to start, engine fault light is on, or tachometer jumps erratically, replacement is recommended.
