Hyundai Sonata and Kia K5 models use 39210-2G100 upstream oxygen sensor with a 4-wire direct-connect design, directly replacing OEM numbers 39210-2G100, 39210-2G370, and 39210-2G720 with no wiring modifications. It monitors oxygen content in exhaust and feeds ECU to adjust air-fuel ratio for combustion efficiency. Applicable to 2.0L/2.4L engine models; after installation, issues such as high fuel consumption, weak acceleration, engine warning light may be resolved; emissions will meet standards.
